“First off I’d like to say I’ve read a ton of reviews and the negative ones seem to have been resolved and hope mine main issue gets some attention also the staff member I came in contact with was great she greeted everyone that came threw the door when it opened and she was super nice my main issue is the lack of respect that people have when there in the store literally just chucking stuff from one bin into another like it’s Black Friday there needs to be a rule enforced to have customers to treat the stuff with more respect I understand that everything in the store has been filtered threw all the other goodwills and this is the last stop before it goes we’re ever it goes but so many things that could have been great buys get destroyed from people literally throwing things from one bin to another trying to dig in them you would make more money if people were forced to slow down and treat things with more respect and prevent people from throwing things and ruining other items less things get damaged the more Likely you make more sells and more sells means more money to help people it’s a win win situation”

“I will start by saying Gerald Auto sales is heaven sent. My husband and I where in a very bad situation needed a vehicle fast, my husband had always wanted a hummer but never dream of having one. I had spoken to Ryan the day before letting him know we would be out to view the hummer, he had it waiting out front every thing look great normal wear on vehicle but very nice, we took hummer for test drive knew we wanted it, we went back to do paperwork everything was done in professional matter Ryan explain everything clear and was very kind to us, the owner Gerald who brought the hummer over we also got to meet him and shake hands a very nice Christian man, we immediately had a connection it is not every day when you go into a busy that the owner is there to greet you and thank you for your busy, his many years of helping people just like us is a true blessing, when we signed the contract, we where honor to say that we now apart of the Geralds family and I'm looking forward to family gatherings. When we got the hummer back home all we noticed is a few small things to do and Gerald Auto stood by there policy. My husband is enjoying his hummer gets lots of compliments. I would recommend Ryan, and Gerald and all his friendly employees to anyone you feel like family because you are family. My next vehicle for myself will be with them.
