“A friend of mine recommended I take my truck there after getting another price quote on some upgrades and my suspension rebuild. At first when I pulled up I was a little reluctant because the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy and the people in the neighborhood were as well. I was actually going to leave before talking to Eric but he was already there and I'm sure glad I didn't. As I pulled up to the bay Eric, who is a very friendly guy and a very knowledgeable person took care of me right away with a cold water, a firm handshake and a friendly smile and we began to discuss the problems with my vehicle. He put me up on the lift and took a look and explained to me my options. I originally came to try and and save money on some upgrades from another company that they suggested I need. Eric told me that although he'd love to take my money he wasn't going to sell me something I didn't need. Not only did the other guy try to upsell me on some upgrades that I didn't need he was overcharging me on my main problem. I'm so glad I went to Cowboys rebuilt suspension to get my work done. Eric saved me money on some great quality work and did not try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need.
