Coach Isis has been my personal trainer for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A year ago I was dealing with constant back pain, struggling to keep up with my active job, and just feeling overall down on myself. Isis has helped me overcome these problems and become a great friend along the way! The workouts are always different, challenging, and fun!(coming from someone who did not like working out). The gym is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for a gym with good energy and good people don’t hesitate to join!

To simply label EnduraLAB a "gym" is a disservice. It is an investment into your health! It's motivation for those of us who find it difficult to workout. The workouts are programmed by competent coaches to challenge your physical and mental limits in a safe and effective manner, regardless of skill level. Most importantly, it's a community of folks who engage with each other and offer camaraderie both inside and outside the walls of the facility.

I'm so fortunate to have found this place, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking personal training, nutrition guidance, mobility/recovery classes, workout classes, or just learning proper movement/technique, this is the place you want to learn!

Best gym I have ever been to. State of the art equipment and extremely high-level coaching. The best part though, and the thing that will always keep you coming back on the days when you are not feeling it, is by far the community. Just know, If you join this gym… you have found a tribe of people that you will soon begin to recognize as a second family and a place that is a home away from home.

EnduraLAB is unlike any other gym I’ve been too. Owners are very helpful and friendly as well as the other coaches on staff. They are always watching out for you to make sure your lifting correctly while being incredibly encouraging. I’ve hit multiple PR’s and tried workouts I never thought I could do. Any one on the fence needs to come and check it out!

I started off at EnduraLAB thinking of a new challenge. Something I’ve never experienced. Everyday I went for at least a month before I took a day off. The process changed me and made me a believer. Still till this day I feel like I get personal training by experienced coaches that format the week for me. I love the feeling that I’ve done a total body workout in an hour and feel amazing. I’ve seen changes and the best ones come from the challenges like Murph’s and Hell Weeks and 100000 Row! Community is great just like the rest of Fort Worth.
