I have worked in Chick-fil-A customer service, and I have worked the past eight years in political Constituent Services. Every now and then, one comes upon service that exceeds even one’s highest expectations. That is the quality of service I received today by Ben Richards at caliber collision.

When he pulled my car under the overhang, and I got to see it after the repairs, I literally could not believe how incredible the repairs looked. I even joked aloud how there should’ve been an HGTV camera crew to record my reaction: it was priceless, I can assure you. :)
