  Kevin at CB was great to work with! There was a little issue with the dealership sending the wrong part and they were right on it letting me know of the issue and that they were trying their hardest to get the correct part mailed to them as quickly as possible. Repairs were done quickly and well and I got my vehicle back a day earlier than expected. Along with the repairs, they also washed my truck, which was unexpected but much appreciated. The crew at CB in Alliance are great and I’ll be returning to them for any other needs.

  Joe was great. I have an Acadia with a known issue with the thermostat. Creates many issues, and is a 4.5 hour job per book time. I didn't feel like tackling it even though I have the tools and experience. They quoted a very reasonable price for me to just get it done. They were very responsive, professional, and not pushy on additional repairs! That is a huge plus in my book! Their vehicle report is great with photos and description of what should be done now or soon. I have a mechanics background, and a fully equipped shop with lift, but wasn't feeling well and this repair affected AC so I just wanted it done. I would absolutely recommend these guys for repairs. Ask for Joe!

  Getting you car fixed sucks….this place made it as good as it could possibly be. Talk about going above and beyond. Kevin, my service rep, was there and took probably 10+ calls from me taking me through options and answering loads of questions. Every time he was so friendly and extremely attentive. Julio, the shop owner, knows how to do business. He made everything so easy and was truly a pleasure to work with. I can not speak more highly of my experience with this Christian Brothers location. While I hope it is a long time from now, I will for sure be back.

  I went in for a brake inspection for a second opinion after being told from another mechanic that I urgently needed to replace my brake pads and rotors on both the front and back of my car. It seemed a little fishy so I was recommended Christian Brothers by a friend and I’m glad I went there. They were very friendly and honest. I was told that my brakes were about at half life and don’t need replacing yet. The inspection was free and they even picked my son up from home to pick up the car while my wife and I were at work. Their lobby is also very inviting and doesn’t seem like you’re even at an auto shop. I also liked the Air 1 music playing. Easy to say that they have made a customer for life.

  My daughter bought her first new-used car, and we brought it here for inspection. Sandy was incredibly kind and helpful. We put everything in my daughter’s name, and Sandy explained the process to her and asked if she had any questions. The mechanics explained the details of what they found, which was nothing big. We felt good about our purchase and have peace of mind that she has a safe vehicle. The inside of the building/waiting area is beautiful, nothing like I’ve seen before. We recommend using Christian Brothers Automotive.
