Northpoint Villas

Love that they provide gloves and people continue to use them while handling the serving utensils! I hope they continue to provide them even when (if) there isn't a pandemic outbreak. Food is decent but they're skimping on the clam chowder. It used to be thick and creamy and so delicious, but since they reopened after COVID it's been watery. Still taste pretty good but not satisfying as it used to be. Wish people would control their children better, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Unless they can offer an adults only night of the week. Now that would be awesome!

I give this Golden Coral 5 stars because it was clean, good was hot and fresh and the people were friendly! We live on the Norfolk side of the HRBT so don't make it up here often...this is just about worth the trip. Much better than our normal location.
Could have been the time we came..around 1045 but either way I'll be back to try it out again!

We’ve lived here since May and are LOVING it! Sandra went above and beyond to help us move in. She is seriously so sweet and truly cares about her tenants! We moved into our apartment with no issues. We’ve loved the environment and it’s very family friendly. When little things have happened, maintenance is on top of it and always very responsive and professional. We’re so happy to call this our home!❤️

My husband and I were really impressed with Sandra and the apartments. The apartments were really nice and the rates were fair, especially for the sq. we were just apartment shopping but after seeing them we made a decision to choose north point villas.

My home sold fast and the closing date is coming soon! I'd been calling and trying to visit properties all day only to get voicemail and auto attendants asking me to leave a message for someone to call me back. Sandra picked up on the first ring and told me to come right over and she'd be happy to show me the property. She was so very friendly, knowledgable, and just plain awesome! I work in the customer service industry and was very pleased with this customer service experience. If I'm treated half as well as a resident as I was as an applicant, this will be an amazing place to live. Looking forward to hearing my application has been approved!

I thought I’d add a review since I feel as if all of the negative reviews are unjustified. I moved into these apartments in July 2020 and have had nearly only positive experiences. Maintenance requests have been filled within a few days. I did not get one of the updated units when I moved in, but is it nicer than my old apartment (which was similarly priced and in the area) nonetheless. Valet trash and parking spaces that are always available is a big plus too. My only complaint would be that the rent is on the high side, and the recycling dumpsters always overfill. I also had a package stolen, and management said there was nothing they could do.. I now just have fedex/ups packages held at the local branches. Regardless, these are things that can happen in any apartment complex. Overall, I’d recommend Northpoint Villas, and I plan on staying here as long as I’m in the area!
