The Dylan

This being my first apartment experience, it has been nothing but wonderful memories. I had hoped to move into a home but living at The Dylan has brought me so much delight that it is difficult to leave. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The apartments are clean, modern and beautiful. Bonus is a lovely Italian restaurant just below my apartment. Love my Dylan apartment.

The staff here is truly awesome and must appreciated. They always address my concerns and questions with such professionalism and kindness. I also want to send a special shoutout to their newest team member, Mitch, since he has started working here, he has really improved the appearance of the property. Awesome job Mitch!!!

The office/maintenance team are incredibly helpful and are always treating us like they value us as residents. There’s been some issues that typically happen on properties but they’ve consistently been quick to handle those issues. (Parking issues, cleanliness, proper pool etiquette,etc) Important to keep in mind that every property will have pros and cons, but at The Dylan you get your money’s worth.
