  Their service was very convenient with the best price on the market I could find. Easy to use, prompt. They have text notifications and ordering. The drivers were accessible and courteous. This was honestly the least stressful move I have had. I hired movers through a different company to load the relocube to save money. I took away a point because the relobube was smaller than anticipated. I could not fit my very large sectional couch and ended up having to give it away. However, I was still able to fit everything else from my 1000 sq ft 1 BR 1 BA in 1 relocube + my car. Also at delivery, the relocube truck was too large to fit in exactly where my apt was in the complex, but it was still ok. And they didn't wait very long, whereas with loading I had the relocube for a few days. That was ok too because we were able to unload in less than an hour. Would recommend to a friend.

  Even though it wasn't as big as I expected, I was able to fit everything that I needed to in the Relocube. Our move from Jersey to Texas was already ahead of us. Shipping through UPack made the move less stressful and allowed me to focus on the drive. Will definitely use them for our next move.

  The pod was certainly convenient! The price was the best one on the market. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because it was much smaller than anticipated. We needed up having to drive across country with our bed strapped on our roof and that was not ideal nor planned for. I think for that price the cube should have been much larger.
