The city had ruined several things in our house when they replaced our water meter and shot debris through our plumbing. One thing we were unable to repair was our outdoor spicket. The guys that came were very professional and helpful. They got the repair done in minutes for a very reasonable price and even asked if we wanted to record it to show the city the damage they caused. We are very happy with the work they did and how helpful they were with out situation. Anytime we have plumbing issues in the future, we will be calling them again. “I must spread the good news every where!!! I didn't know the name of this company was called Golden Rule... and after my 1st conversation with Bryce, I see why. A leaky roof caused damage to the the inside of my mom's bedroom. This caused repair to be needed to the drywall, and carpet. After assessing the damage, Bryce let us know that the work would be completed within a matter of days. My mother is in her 70s, a paraplegic, and is also deaf--and she lives alone (for the most part). Since she spends all her time in either the bed or wheelchair this type of work required some major adjustments, and accommodations! The biggest challenge was the disassembly & re-assembly of her pressurized air mattress bed -- into another location while her room was being repaired -- then back into the room when work was complete. Bryce offered to take a look, and see if it was something he could do. Low and behold, IT WAS--so, HE DID IT! This was an immense deal because tending to my mom, from afar, my biggest concern was how this task would get handled. Bryce swooped in like an angel from heaven, and took care of this matter--which wasn't part of his job!! It is NOT in the description of a contractor and roofer to get involved to this magnitude with a client's affairs. These issues are the responsibility of the client to resolve before work begins. However, Bryce truly walked out the Golden Rule, {do unto others, as you would want done to you}. He treated my mom, as if it was his own mother, in that he saw to ensure that work was done swiftly, efficiently, accurately, and he did it with grace, a smile, and you could definitely feel the love he had to get the job done for my mom! And the clean up afterwards, was spot on!!! My mom did not have 1 single whisper of a complaint during this entire process, and the work at the end was fantastic. In addition to all this -- because my mother uses a lift to be supported in & out of the bed, etc -- it was important to have ease of movement using the lift in her room. After approval from the homeowner was received, we were able to get laminate flooring just like in other areas of the house!!! Bryce scoured the city for the perfect laminate to match the other areas of the house, which took another 2 days, but we definitely did not mind. All in all for all the work done, this project was completed within 5 days!!! I am ETERNALLY grateful! And I will recommend Golden Rule General Contracting & Roofing to any and every person who needs any type of work of this nature done!!!! This was the PERFECT job, assigned to the PERFECT contractor--Bryce--at the PERFECT time!!! It was truly a DIVINE appointment! Captions... **The 1st four pics are the damage b4 any work was done -- although it's not zoomed in, you can see the carpet on the floor. ***The 5th & 6th pics are the laminate flooring in the living room -- that we were trying to match. ****The last 4 pics are the finished work in the bedroom.”

After all was said and done-- repair of oil leaks, water pump,timing belts and maintenance. He had it ready for pick-up next day. And he charged me below the estimate $2,815. Wow, what a shocker. These days this kind of service is tough to find and at lower charge. I would recommend Import Specialists to anyone I know with any car problems!”
