“The staff is amazing, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and they went above and beyond for our girls who were there for a softball tournament. They received good bags at the time of arrival, had complimentary water and Gatorade, and had several different games to play for a variety of age groups. Even better they had ice cream for the kids every night! If/When we come back we know exactly where we are staying. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. If you don’t you’re missing out!”

It's a restaurant in a sketchy part of Fort Worth (you literally can see active drug deals in the gas station across the street) but she has cleaned this place up and the food is hot and fresh. The Good: Food is hot and fresh, store front is very neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Opportunity: Owner needs to repair some things in the lobby like the juke box, root beer tap, and the condiment dispenser.”

The manager called me back today when I called and left a message about my garbage disposal not working and she told me a maintenance tech would call me back and he did and helped me reset my garbage disposal and now I am able to do my dishes I also am appreciative of Nicole who when I walked into the office she always build a relationship with me and asks me about my cat and she knows my name and I am very grateful for the service that I received Thank you”

The ONLY reason this wasn't five stars was the sight of an employee dropping a cooking tool in the kitchen area and picking it back up and mixing food with it without cleaning it - easily seen. Even my daughter saw it, she confirmed what I saw even before saying anything she said something. I cannot and would not rate something low just bc of one employee doing something totally out of line. I hope mgmt sees this and looks into it. Definitely recommend and look forward to going back.”

Very professional, very friendly and the product is of the highest quality. Install went great and the shade works as promised.
