When I mailed my passport the employee saved me money by choosing a lesser known shipping format, all in the middle of a rush. Today Kia also did an amazing job and despite dealing with customers that took 15+ minutes she just said “Thanks, we got through it together. Have a good day.” As a customer, If you plan on going there, be prepared. Looking for a package? Have the tracking number ready. Sending something to your cousin?
