“During the pandemic, I've really been trying to support local yarn stores. However, I found that the ones in Dallas 1) don't have functional websites, 2) have barely functional websites that make it hard to navigate their selection online, 3) have a very limited selection with only one or two skeins/hanks per thing, 4) aren't open and don't offer curbside, or 5) a combination of all those factors. West 7th wool has a fantastic website. It's very well designed and very easy to use, even on a mobile phone. They also have a very large selection of yarn. The pictures are well done, so it was really easy for me to tell the true color of the yarn from the website. The descriptions of the yarn are really nice. And overall it was incredibly easy to find exactly what I was looking for, and a compare things that I was considering. Their website is ultimately what made the difference between me choosing to shop at the two stores here in Dallas, or drive an hour to pick up yarn at West 7th wool in fort Worth. The curbside pickup experience was seamless, and my yarn was nicely packaged and ready to go. Because of covid I didn't go into the shop (I think the showroom is closed anyway) but I could tell that it was very nicely organized. Two thumbs up. Great job adapting to the pandemic! And thanks for the awesome yarn.”

When I took my autistic son to her, she allowed me to be involved in his care, explaining the procedures and calming him down when he became overstimulated. In addition, she made sure to schedule his appointment for when there would be no a time crunch. She took the necessary time, and never made us feel like we imposed on her good graces. I am sad that we don't need to go see her again for another six months!”

“Absolutely a 5 star provider. My mother passed just before the FEB 2021 deep freeze and blizzard. Most everything had been setup with what could be done in advance months prior. Mom showed no signs of illness but passed in her sleep peacefully but it was sudden. I would recommend doing as much as possible ahead of time even if there is no anticipation as it makes things so much easier. Amidst the freezing weather my nephews drove down from Michigan. Simple Cremations allowed a Sunday viewing which was a treacherous drive in a blizzard but they were very accommodating. All three of our primary contacts were perfect. Amanda our main person helped us handle the details and assisted in writing the obituary page which they have a really nice provision for that and allow photos and posting provision. Jackie the, attendant to our viewing, was great and met our wishes with a nice visit. Charlene who we met for pickup and completion was equally as caring and thoughtful. Even though we did not meet the staff that prepared Mom's hair clothing and makeup, it was perfect and I would expect the rest of the staff is just as attentive to detail. Thanks so much for making things easier. I highly recommend doing what you can in advance. Thanks to you all!”

“After the epic freeze of 2021, the owner came out to our house to find and fix leaks in the attic. We had wet spots appearing on our ceiling and we needed to find out what it was. Molberg plumbing responded very quickly even though every other plumber I called said it would be up to a week until they could come out. What was most impressive was the integrity of them to say it had nothing to do with our plumbing but leaky shingles in our roof. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!!”
