Whether it was a stove issue or a leak in the front yard, the problems were fixed in a timely manner. The one thing that was quite frustrating was how difficult it was to contact Madison. Whether it was a question about the house or concerns about something on the property, I could not contact him either by phone or text, and the timeline to get a response ranged from weeks to months. Overall I enjoyed being a tenant and would recommend Preservation to other renters.”
