This isn't a haircut shop chain, the person cutting your hair is probably the owner. Walk in and take a seat, people are waiting because it's worth it. Plan accordingly, or try calling ahead. It's walk-ins-only, but you might be able to get an estimate of how many people are ahead of you in line. -
