(May 10, 2022, 6:42 pm)24hour fitness has no gyms close so I had to kill my membership. Strouds gym is a no frills, blood sweat and tears gym. Lots of equipment, great if you hate waiting on equipment. Staff is knowledgeable if you have questions or need help. I love it that I can train my 2 sons 12 and 13 years old at no extra cost. It's a 18yr old and up gym, but as long as my sons are with me it ok. After the first week working out here I like it alot!
