AT 52 years old, working a desk job for the past 20 years and no regular exercise, I began to feel much older than I really should. I knew I had to get up and moving, but from past experience I also knew I needed something that was fun and would keep me interested in coming back. I found that and much more with the Fitness Boxing and Kickboxing classes at FFF. I was a bit hesitant at first being this is a real fight gym, but that feeling was quickly dispelled. All of the coaches and staff are some of the most amazing, humble and down to earth people you'll meet. Yes, these are fitness classes designed for non-fighters such as myself, but they are also very much technical classes. You will train under the likes of Johnny Bedford (the owner of the gym), Brandon Meneses, Devin Miller and more. You WILL learn basic boxing and kick boxing technique, while having fun and getting one of the best workouts ever. If you feel you are ready to move on to competition boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ, they offer those as well. I really can't say enough great things about this gym. Even if you just think you are interested, you owe it to yourself to call them today and schedule a free class. You will not be disappointed.

I’m always a little leery of rolling at experienced gyms because everyone just assumes since I’m 250lbs they have to try to dislocate my shoulder or snap my neck. The guys here were really friendly, and the coach gave me easy to understand instructions as I struggled to simply not get hurt, and possibly sweep my opponents. The guys could’ve easily smashed me, but would instead just pause in advantageous positions to give me time to consider my options and allow me to try and execute them. I really am glad I came here and will seriously consider trying out a membership. Highly recommend

I have been training jiu jitsu here for about six months and everything about the gym has exceeded expectations. It’s a very welcoming and helpful environment if you’re just starting out. If you’re looking to compete, just get in shape, or learn how to defend yourself this gym has something to offer all levels.

After having my two babies, I needed to get my body back in shape, and more importantly gain my strength back. The facilities are well kept and Fight Fitness Factory offers so many different types of classes. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable in their field and it truly feels like a tight knit community. They have opportunities for all ages. I honestly only planned on doing a month or two while on maternity leave a year ago before going back into the office but I ended up joining indefinitely bc I love this gym and the coaches that much. Well worth the investment!
