Absolute Recomp

I’ve been with this gym for a while and I love it! Before the expansion it was great and even after the expansion it’s amazing! There’s a huge variety of machines to choose from! The staff is extremely friendly. I’ve never had an issue with anyone here. They’re not like the traditional commercial gyms where you can’t make a sound and have to be a little mouse. NO. If you want to workout, YOU WORKOUT how YOU want to 😎

Recently I’ve decided to get partnered up with one of their trainers. Let me begin with this.. Katharine is the sweetest diamond you’ll ever meet 😇! She is unbelievably kind and has such a pure heart! Right off the bat I could tell this is her passion. Working along side others to help them reach their goals, influencing them to take back control of their life. Guiding them through each and every process, hurtle, and challenge that arise. I’ve been training with her for a little over a month now and I would NOT want to train with anyone else! She is very patient. She is extremely motivating! She goes out of her way to teach you the purpose of each exercise; why it’s done like this, what muscle it works, how to activate specific muscle groups, etc. You’re not doing random exercises with her for fun. NO. You’re learning so much about your body while getting a great workout! She’s also taught me how to become mentally & physically stronger.
She is so incredibly knowledgeable and I feel very confident and comfortable with her!
Not only does she do a phenomenal job with working out, she knows exactly how to set-forth a meal plan that will get you to your goal. She’s not here for the “get you fast results” (although I am already down 9lbs in 5 weeks) she’s here to help you build a lifestyle out of this. And that is what I love! Most trainers look for the fast routes and they’re on to the next. Katharine does look for an easy route! She wants you to become so much more because she believes in you and helps you see that! She’s definitely my number one motivator!! Katharine you are AMAZING 🤩!

I’ve been going to the gym for a few years but recently started to workout with Kathrine a trainer. She has helped me with things such as meal prepping, acknowledging what kinds of food help me perform better, along with helping my form while lifting. I’ve always been injured and still have sensitivity in some areas such as knees and elbows but Kathrine has helped me with my form to workout without pain and feel like I had a good workout. The gym itself is something you can’t find anywhere, they have such a wide variety of machines along with the best machines. The atmosphere is such motivating because everyone wants to get better so you all motivate each other.

This gym has 100% changed my outlook on gyms and lifting in general! Being a member here for the last year has created so many friendships due to the incredible environment AR fosters! From the constant improvement of facilities to the new equipment always coming in, AR is always working on making things better. Looking forward to lifts here is the highlight of my day🔥 thanks for everything y’all!!!
