This meineke location was super helpful & efficient; they even ordered me a new filter same day despite how late I had come in. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! They were super affordable and respectful in communicating with me! Not a courtesy I receive often at the car shop being a younger female. “I had read some great reviews about Novak Motors Service Center, and I needed a good, trustworthy, reliable maintenance facility. I stopped into Novak Motors Service Center, and was immediately impressed with the facility itself, very clean, bright professional looking. I then spoke to Terry who was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spoke with him about the work I needed done on my F150, and he told me it would be no problem. I brought my truck in for repairs in the morning and by lunchtime Terry called me with a status update. By the end of the day the maintenance personnel had completed the normal maintenance and had discovered several items that needed attention. Terry provided me with an estimate for the work which I thought was more than fair. After completing the work the actual bill came in less than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. My truck is running fantastic, and I would highly recommend Novak Motors Service Center, Terry and his crew for you vehicle maintenance needs. They are OUTSTANDING!!!!”

Also, I just had a good feeling after talking with him over the phone and after I took it in for him to look at it. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. “We have had 3 appointments at this clinic so far and have been incredibly impressed! We have been taking our newborn here since the day after he was discharged from the hospital. We have seen two different doctors and they have both been wonderful. His pediatrician, Dr. Nash is amazing. They are always able to get us in whenever needed and the nurses are great about answering this first time mom’s questions to figure out if we even need to bring him in for something. I called to try to get him an appointment for thrush and they just called in a prescription for us and we didn’t need to bring him in which is a relief in the middle of a pandemic. Highly recommend!”
