Just started my workout journey last week. Julie the trainer was very informative and helped me make the decision to jump in right away. The next morning I met James, the owner, and he was awesome. He was patient with me as I began learning the exercises and techniques. I have been to many gyms in the past, but this is by far the best workout I have done. I feel awesome already, and cannot wait for the next workout!
