Pilates VIP

Fantastic place! Valerie is an amazing instructor. Small group classes really gives the instructors an opportunity to truly help you. Everyone is very friendly and a variety of types of Pilate classes to take. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back into working out but intimidated by large classes or big gyms. Pilates VIP in Keller is the place to go!

Three years ago, I found VIP Pilates when my daughter was taking classes at Dana’s Studio of Dance. VIP Pilates was just opening at the time, so I was one of the first clients and have been there ever since! I have never been particularly athletic and always had trouble finding a work-out routine I can stick with. Well, Pilates became my workout! Valerie meets you at your level, and even in a group class manages to work with you individually to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. I appreciate that the classes are small enough that you get individual attention. It feels like a family at VIP!

Classes with Jennifer are amazing too. Her Chair and Reformer classes are great and I appreciate how she weaves in some “feel good” stretches throughout the class that really help me counter what my body is going through on a day to day basis.

A year ago I also discovered Yin Yoga with Lana, and this is also now a part of my weekly workout routine. I’ve even started incorporating some of the poses at home because not only do they feel good, but the practice has really made me understand my body more and I’m more in tune with it. Lana is wonderful to work with, she is passionate about the practice and that passion is contagious.

I highly recommend VIP Pilates, you will be transformed!

This is not a corporate-owned gym. Rather, it is a small family-owned studio. The owner gave good attention, was patient and recognized that people come in with varying levels of physical fitness. I would return to this place because it offered a good Pilates intro.

Valerie is an incredible Pilates instructor. She is extremely detailed to ensure you get the most from every single exercise. The result is a body that is able to move with more control, strength and flexibility. Her training is exceptional, her cues are well articulated, and her enthusiasm is contagious. But what I love most about Valerie is her genuine passion for teaching. She takes every opportunity to participate in advanced education courses and is continuously striving to be the very best teacher she can be. Valerie is one of the most fervent and dedicated instructors I’ve known and her adoration for the method results in an amazing session every single time.

Valerie is the creme de la creme of certified Pilates instructors. I had the privilege of taking private lessons with Valerie when I was a beginner to Pilates. Now as an instructor, I can’t express what a luxury it is to have the opportunity to work with and learn from her. Valerie’s passion for Pilates is evident through her well planned sessions, her attention to detail, and her enthusiasm for each client’s individual progress. No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, Valerie’s keen eye can help you reach your goals. She has truly found her calling in sharing her love of Pilates with others. But don’t let her warm, kind, and encouraging demeanor fool you...she makes you WORK HARD!
