I was highly impressed with the companies professionalism. The technician was very respectful, answered any questions I had, and did great work. Being a vet, I can’t express how thankful I am for what Service One Air is doing for vets, active military, and first responders. I was not expecting them to waive the yearly maintenance charges but they did. Again thank you for what you are doing and for the great service.

Our AC went out over the weekend with record temperatures. We have a baby and we were desperate to get it fixed right away. I spoke with Mandy over the phone and she was so friendly and helpful. She was honest with me about how my claim with AHS would work and how long it would take normally. But she did everything to expedite as much as possible. And she went over and above to make sure we were helped. The technician, Doug, was able to come sooner than expected and his knowledge and skill were impressive! He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had it up and running within minutes. We are so grateful and relieved for such excellent service!

Lary and his assistant did an outstanding job. They were professional and courteous. They were here 15 min before expected time, which was excellent for me. They knew exactly what they were doing & got it done before expected time. If I needed them again, I would be happy because I am impressed with their service and attention to detail. Was referred to Service One Air by my Home Warranty company American Home Shield. When I spoke to Jonathan about my system, he was honest upfront and professional. He gave me options on repair which would have only delayed the inevitable, and also options on a completely new system. After speaking it over with my wife on the current situation with the existing system which was the original from when the house was built in 2007, to what our options were and the different ways to go for a new system, the choice was easy. Because of the professional way in which this organization treats its customers, makes you feel like you are not a number. Scheduled the install which I thoughts was going to be in over a week, turned out we could do it the next day. They had all the parts and units, set the time and we were all set. Larry and his crew showed up on time, explained everything and got to work. Everything was done same day. Larry was very professional and handled everything perfectly. The entire process took 7.5 hours to complete. Would HIGHLY recommend Service One Air.
