  Dr. Patel and her staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff members always ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. Dr. Patel is honest and answers all questions asked. She ensures you understand the diagnosis and the requirements needed to correct the issues and consequences of acceptance or denial of diagnosis treatments. Very exceptional service.

  The office staff was very professional and friendly. My experience with them was great. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable, professional and makes sure you understand what she is doing and why.
  
  I would recommend Heart Place and Dr Patel to friends and family. It made for a pleasant visit. They are also efficient. I was in and out in just over an hour. Not bad for a first visit v

  I recently moved from out of town and had to find new doctors, which is always difficult. I read reviews, asked for recommendations and decided on the cardiologist my new primary care doctor suggested, Dr. Patel. I have visited with her twice and I really like her. She is kind, thorough, personable and listens. I feel like she takes her time to gain an understanding of my health and to advise and help me. I am very happy with my new cardiologist and hope to build a good long-standing patient-doctor relationship with her. The office staff has also been very nice and it feels quite safe to visit, even during Covid times.

  Dr. Patel is smart, detailed, listens, explains everything in person and again provides the same information in a detailed summary after each office visit. A email is sent so you know you when all can review . Dr.Patel cares something many docs are lacking. Her nurse is a smart and caring one too. Nothing passes her either. My husband and I both trust her.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for several years. I do not like going to doctors, especially my cardiologist. She is my third cardiologist since bypass surgery in 2000. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her attention to detail and the fact that she KNOWS who I am are invaluable qualities in a healthcare provider. I feel she listens to me; and she is not shy about calling me out. In a very friendly manner. For example, I presented last visit with high blood pressure. I tried to pitch to her that it's my anxiety about coming to her office. She calmly reminds me that wasn't the case my last visit, so yes, I had to monitor my numbers for two weeks and come back in and show results. She's good. And she cares. And she's ridiculously smart and I am told she speaks something like five languages. She's the real deal.
