My boyfriend bought my first ever James Avery charm bracelet and charm from this location, and he took me into the store to have the charm attached. The ladies both working the floor and behind the counter were insanely kind and knowledgeable about their products and services, and were excellent regarding COVID regulations despite their smaller store front. I love my bracelet so much, and I can't wait to go back to add more charms in the future!

My wife and I were looking to find a turquoise turtle bracelet the same color as the turtle ring I already bought her. I gave her the bracelet for Christmas and the turquoise isn't the same color as her ring. (We already have the turtle necklace). The manager, Sabrina, took time to show us different bracelets and rings trying to help us find the perfect turquoise match. She was patient and helpful with us. Thanks y'all.
