    Plenty of trainers for beginners to learn from, and serious equipment for pros!

    Was a member for nearly two years. Only reason I left was due to work moving me out of state.

    They have plenty of well maintained equipment and lots of space to move about so you never feel crowded during workouts.

    It’s more than just a place to get in a great workout, it’s a community. Looking forward to the day I move back!

    I’ve been a member at Cowtown CrossFit for a little over a year now. At first the thought of walking into a CrossFit Gym was super intimidating especially after having a baby! All the coaches are extremely helpful and the community there is like no other. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and part of the Herd from day one!!

    Been here for five years and don’t show signs of stopping! I’ve heard so many people who come to town say they love our box, and the community we’ve grown within it. The coaches are attentive to every athlete, they truly care about your technique and form, and they are all so personable. Cowtown is my second home. I spend 4-6 hours here a week, so it’s a place very near and dear to my heart. Proud member of the HERD!!

    Been a member for close to a year. They responded to me right away when we were in the process of moving here. The day I came in to meet them they greeted me by name and took time to answer all questions. I became a member that day. All the coaches are wonderful and will scale to your needs/availability. A very positive experience even during these interesting times. My kids even enjoy going. Family oriented.
