“The little chairs for kids in the waiting room are so sweet, my boy instantly liked being in the "doctor's office"! Dr. Bari and the staff are really sweet. They engaged my shy son right away by asking if he wants to "come play with their toys?" Dr. Bari was very thorough with all her audiology exams, and even re-did some exams to double check the results. Upon leaving, my son asked if he "can go to this doctor every, every day?". “Dr. Straface and her team have provided excellent medical care to help my family recover from Covid quickly with minimal symptoms! She and her team timely return phone calls, order medications, help you navigate the pharmacy process, and check up on you to see how you are feeling. My father who is 82 easily got over Covid under her care even though he has a variety of severe medical conditions (including heart disease)! We tried traditional medical care with our teenage son resulting in a very long recovery period (about a month) and under her care he was back in school within a week and felt better in 24 hours. “I injured myself on Sunday, had an appointment on Tuesday and was scheduled for surgery on Wednesday. Easy to get an appointment with the appropriate specialist. Really liked having one of the assistants help me with the paperwork, as my broken hand impaired my ability to write. X-rays were done onsite, digitally, and shared with me immediately. Dr. Lee was on time, made the diagnosis from my history, examination and X-rays, and presented treatment options. His assistants facilitated getting a time for surgery at a nearby outpatient center. All very smooth and efficient. I am in the medical field, and am impressed by Dr Lee and his staff. I recommend them without reservation.”

She was very patient with me and she explained everything I needed to know about the CPAP machine. Though I was nervous, she was able to put my mind at ease. Jennifer is so knowledgeable in her practice and answered every question we had and explained the processes so well. I called his office and actually spoke to a very nice receptionist and she gave me a couple of available dates. I went in today had a couple procedures done for recurring ingrown toe nails. My only regret is that I didn't come in sooner. I scheduled another procedure later in the summer. The entire staff was extremely helpful, prompt, courteous & expedient. Customer service in any industry is about culture and making your guests/patients feel comfortable "at home", so to speak Dr. Marciano "mission accomplished". He was great and offered very detailed information and provided options about the process. I would recommend him 100% wholeheartedly not that he needs it, but so often folks get on social media to complain. So for all your Foot, Ankle or any Podiatrist needs call Dr. Marciano.”
