“I just purchased an 05 Hyundai Sonata from Dustin and I couldn't be happier! While test driving the car, it wasn't acting right so to speak. Dustin immediately got his mechanics on it and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Gave the car a tune up and it ran perfectly and it still does. He didn't let me leave until he made sure I was happy and the car ran the way it was suppose to. He didn't try to give me the run around. The car was sold as is so he didn't even have to change the spark plugs or do a tune up.. but he did! It's the fact the he went the extra mile to make sure his customer was fully satisfied. I've never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. He even called me a few days later to make sure the car was still running good. It's very rare to find an honest car salesman and I feel lucky to have done so. I will be back when it's time to buy another car. I highly recommend H&H Autos!”

“I was a little disappointed on the price range because I got through Priceline $70 less, but they don’t honor that in full. I took the car and was no problem at all during entire week. Their don’t bother me, car was great for mine 3000 miles trip to the California and back to Texas and I return it on a time after the seven days, cost me $308 to rent.They took $200 more deposit and credited back after my return. Overall customer service was a professional strict but friendly & As +plus business member I appreciate Enterprise business! If you have a drivers license out of state where you like to rent it, their policy is, you have to have a credit card enough to cover at least $508 for a week rental and have a good insurance coverage on you already!”

“Unbelievably Great Customer Service by all staff - especially a CRM star named Montana. I travel quite a bit like many people. Sometimes I rent up to 3 rental cars in a day, I know what service is both good and bad. I was another rental car company Gold member for several years, this trip Avis had a better corporate rate. At most FBO.s at private airports I had great service, but not like the service I had at Grapevine, Tx. Avis. Traveling this trip on Airlines I needed a car for a several month long project. I found the best rate was not at DFW but off site like they usually are, so I took Uber the short trip to Avis. I am on the third month of this project, I stop by to pick up my bill as we scan our receipts, a young gentleman named Montana knows my name when I walk in, has my paper work ready, takes care of any requests and knows what correct procedures are the first time. Companies need to promote from within more and Montana definitely has a great future at any company, Avis don’t loose this one. Great customer Service - Better than DFW prices.”
