“Dr. Lisa O. is an amazing dermatologist. I took my son in for a concern and she answered all of my questions and agreed to biopsy it to put my concerns at ease without judgment. Before we began she took time to let my son warm up to her and even brought him a book (he’s a toddler.) Her bedside manners are the best I’ve seen from any doctors and I’ve seen quite a few for my own reasons. The procedure was a bit scary for my son but she walked us through and it was quick. Her nurse Stacy (I believe was her name) was also very kind and patient. I felt she cared about my son just as much as I and the doctor did. I actually visited another office before here and was unhappy with the lack of bed side manner so I decided to try this office out and I’m glad I did. The reviews are legit and reflect the great office. It’s also cozy and clean as well as new. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted others to know about our great experience. (The staff at the front was also kind and helped me as soon as we got there.) ?”

“I would give this optometrist 10 stars if I could. I have been going every year since they opened, as I used to work at the Target connected to the office. Even though I live in Grapevine, and it’s a bit of a drive, it is completely worth it to me to go to such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. I was not sure if they would take my insurance that I just got this year but Burgundy, her assistant went above and beyond for a few days trying to make it work, and she did. So she ended up saving me some money. But either way, I was willing to pay extra out of pocket rather than go to an in network eye doctor because of how good Dr. Sonam Patel is. She always takes care of my eyes and throughly explains everything related during my visit, from my contacts to drops that can help my eyes. It does not surprise me to read all of their other reviews, as I wholly recommend this office. I plan to visit her as long as she is open for practice.”
