Then the nurse came out the door, never called a name, talking to receptionist then walked up and took temp. Never greeted or stated who she was or what she was doing NEVER confirmed the patient she was seeing! Just took temp and said “ follow me!” When working in an environment as such, communication is NUMBER ONE KEY! Greet people with a smile even if you are wearing a mask, you can still see the smile through people’s eyes & always confirm who the PATIENT IS regardless of how many people are in the waiting room!”
