“My grandson Miles began Tae Kwan Do beginner classes about 6 months ago and Loves it! He is learning what every parent/grandparent wants their child to learn: confidence, focus, self-control, self-discipline, respect for others and himself, goal setting and self-defense should he need it. All while getting exercise and having FUN! I Love that it is in a nice facility with a calm atmosphere, located close to home in our nice little town of Kennedale. Parking is free and plenty. Parents may sit inside and watch, watch from outside thru the full length glass windows, or while sitting inside your vehicle if you park right up front. The owner/instructor, Robert Visitacion, is very professional and you can see the students respect and love for him shine thru. He is always accessible to help with your need~~returns calls promptly. Recently he helped me with a last minute request to get another uniform. He even made sure my grandson got his new uniform on and helped him get his belt tied properly as his class was beginning. Great place to learn~~and icing on the cake is this owner/instructor is a Martial Arts Hall of Famer and World Champion Full Contact Karate Fighter/ Instructor~~your child will be learning from the best!! Miles' little brother will be 6 soon and can't wait to start his Tae Kwan Do journey!”

“My two kids and I have been attending Croft Taekwondo for a year now and all love it. Has a great family environment to it. Unlike most Taekwondo schools adults and children attended the same class which was a huge plus for me. The Crofts and all the instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. I personally like the online zoom classes it helps me stay consistent as I travel for work. Croft Taekwondo offers sparring and a weapons training classes as well this peeked my kids interests. Prices are very reasonable and no contracts which caught my attention right away.”

Good positive atmosphere for beginners to advanced workout pros. Not corny and bubble gum like Planet Fitness, but not “Jock Central” like Metroflex. My trainer Joseph is an amazing trainer. He’s encouraging, but very much so holds me accountable and very knowledgeable about different exercises and form that gets results. Can’t recommend him enough!!! Great family atmosphere, as I have made some pretty good friends just from working out there. Great place for men and women to feel respected and to accomplish fitness goals. This is truly my second family here. My boxing knowledge grows every single day and I have been to other boxing gyms and none of them compare to Total K.O.'s culture. I honestly couldn't be more thankful. With our Head Coach, Rita Serrano-Rios, Former Professional Boxer and our other current Professional Fighters/Experienced-Competition Coaches who volunteer their time to teach the art of boxing. Nonetheless, our boxing gym has a unique training style design which attracts gyms from all over that love to come work with our gym, specifically. This organization continues to shine light into these young girls hearts through the fundamentals of boxing. Without resulting to these harmful external outlets that could lead them to the jail system or dead for that matter, they chose to come here. Don't take my word for it.
