“I went to Dr Ali for a complete retinal examination. She was the only ophthalmologist that had an opening in the timetable I needed to see one; I take a medication that can negatively impact my retinas and need to have them examined by an ophthalmologist every 6-12 months. Her office is about an hour away from my residence. This was my first time meeting Dr. Ali. She was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and kind. She went over my exam thoroughly and explained what she was looking for, what she actually saw, and what those results meant for my eyesight moving forward. She also took the time to do a basic eyeglasses exam as well, even though I was not on her schedule for one. Although it takes me an hour to get to her office I have decided she will take care of all my future eye wellness and care needs! I would 10/10 recommend her and her staff to any of my close personal friends and family.”

“An educators purpose is to encourage others. To equip others with knowledge and empower their students. I would have loved to have watched Erika demonstrate more, as she makes this looks SO easy to do! But a passionate educator wants not only to show how good they are at something, but to also bring that good out of their students. I personally felt I would learn best by observing, BUT…. Erika gave me the confidence needed to actually perform this service on a model. She was very thorough in answering any questions our group had and made sure we had an understanding before moving on. I had been contemplating for quite some time when I would begin the smp journey. I truly feel it was meant for me to wait for this time, as I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lama's calming spirit inspired me, and kept me going throughout my labor and delivery; Unfortunately for us, we had to transfer to a hospital and Lama could not come with us, but every time I felt tense I remembered her voice at my side, I instantly calmed myself, and relaxed my body. “Dr. Pickel is a wonderful and caring doctor which delivered two of our children. Our first delivery was a little rough as my wife spent 36 hours in labor before having a C section. Dr. Pickel was supportive and there throughout the process. While the process was not what we hoped for we have a healthy daughter and my wife healed up quickly thanks to our doctors surgical skills. Dr. Pickel has a busy practice but if you need her she always puts her patients first and makes the time to see and counsel them. She is an exceptional doctor and would recommend her to any of my friends and family.”

“I brought my son to ACH to get to the root of his anger only to discover that it was frustration that was being fueled by his dysgraphia, and we wouldn't have known that without the help of Jessie his counselor. She was great at reaching my son, and providing us with tools to use to keep him from "flipping his lid" in school! I even took him back for a "Boot Camp" before he began Middle School, and he did great with the transition! This place is awesome!”

“I was debating going somewhere else based on reviews but since it was so close to my house I decided to go. Everyone was very helpful and attentive starting from the check in, the nurse was super nice and answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions of what was going to happen. The Doctor was also very nice and explained the test that we were going to do as well as the wait time which was not bad at all and they made sure I wasn’t in pain the whole time! Was in and out in less than 2 hours and that since I had to get a CT scan. Will definitely recommend!!”

“Although this place is always busy and this place needs major renovation, I truly appreciate the help and services from Jen my physical therapist. I've been coming here since 2021. FIVE stars for my physical therapist Jen because she's very good at what she does, is empathetic, kind, and has helped me a lot. The office manager at the front desk is super cool too. Her name is Jennifer and has a sweet therapy dog named Penelope who cheers all the patients up. I painted Penelope's portrait as a gift to Jennifer and it's in the front office if you visit.”

“I’ve had to come to the ER twice over the past year. The first time I came here, it was by chance as the ambulance transporting me dropped me here. The second time, I didn’t need an ambulance and chose to come here based off the last time. Everyone is so incredibly nice and accommodating. Every single person I have interacted with in both visits has been super attentive to my needs, and treated me like they truly cared and everyone I interacted with on both occasions left me with the impression that they work at this hospital because they want to help people and help people get better. I will continue to come here for any emergency situations (of course, trying to avoid those at all costs lol) and recommend to anyone if you have the choice in selecting an emergency care provider, you choose this one.”
