“GPS will take you to the corner where the hospital sign is for the ER and say that’s where it is. You have to keep driving to the building with an arched roof on the left side of the road. It’s on the second floor. I was 20 minutes late the first time here trying to figure out where the place was located because I couldn’t find it. I tried calling to say I was late but realized their phone system is all automated. You cannot talk with them on the phone so keep that in mind as well. Of course it’s none of that is on the team here. They were all nice and professional. The lady I worked with was extremely polite and quick. She made sure to explain everything and double checked all the paperwork and insurance as well. Overall, my experience was good and quick. I was in and out In 15 minutes or so (I also went on a Tuesday) Though that darned gps was the end of me!”

“I was a patient of Dr Lewis for many years until he left, after waiting for a new Doctor I found a highly recommended practice in Keller, unfortunately their level of disorganization was terrible, they were never aware of lab results or visits to the ER even though the hospital faxed them all the information; and the fact that I couldn't ever see the actual Dr. made check with this Texas health office again and I became aware of Dr. Cantu. I've been seen by him at least three or four times and so far he is a great Doctor, first of all, I really like how Texas health has a system where everything is located in one place, so if you are talking to your Dr. about a lab result or a test you had done before somewhere else, he can see it, and here is where Dr. Cantu excels, he takes the time to search and look at those results you mention in your visit, he also takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. Dr Cantu is a DO, this means he focus on a whole-body healing, with training on hands-on techniques, which means, a couple of times I left his office already feeling better. I highly recommend Dr. Cantu and his office.”
