Explain to them what kind of massage you are looking for. They can use heated rocks, Swedish, deep tissue. I had a deep tissue but my muscles were really tight. Next time I'm trying the heated rocks. Tell them your name and wait until they come to get you. They escort you to a quiet place to sit.The therapist takes you to the therapy room. I felt so great after my massage. I then sat in another room. I saw 3 ladies that were friends getting a spa experience. They looked so happy and I was envious. They have a restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine, a special cocktail. Can make you a light snack, lunch or dessert. I had a flavored tea that was complimentary. I glanced in the area that had hairstylists. It would be fun to get some highlights or a pretty color. Next time. The front reception has things for sale. Hats to keep the sun off your face. Soaps, candles, special moisturizers. Everyone was happy to be there. “After retiring, I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes to enjoy the lifestyle that we'd been working to enjoy. I'd been told by more than one wellness professional that it was at best very difficult for women over 50 to lose weight and body fat. I had tried other approaches before which seemed to verify this view. And, I really wanted to make a change, so I tried SOTA. I am so glad I did. On March 1st 2021, I weighed 224 lbs and was over 50% body fat. Today (Sept 25, 2021), I weigh 171 lbs and am at 36% body fat. I have 3 pieces of advice to make this work for you. First, you must want it. They can support you, but they can not do it for you and making behavior changes later in life is not easy. When they challenge you to define why you want to make this change, pay attention and dig deep. You will need to remember this throughout the program. Secondly, know that you have to be compliant with the program - completely. I was never hungry throughout the program, but old habits have a force as strong as gravity. You must be prepared to commit to sticking with the program exactly, even a little cheating will derail your success. Third, understand that if you do slip up (and you likely will if you are human), you must be prepared to dust yourself off, remind yourself why caring for yourself is worth it, and get back on the plan. It is part of creating the future you've committed to. I am not at my goal weight yet, but I can see it from here and when I started I was skeptical that I would ever see the numbers on my scale that I am seeing today. I feel better, have more energy, and feel more than a decade younger. And while not easy, it has been less hard and faster than I ever expected. If it has been this way for me, I am sure it can be for you too - if you commit.”

“Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good, along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren’t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good for four. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like a gym locker coming in lol food was still bomb though.”
