“We first met Dr.Hey when my son had to have surgery at MCA. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained everything he would be doing during the surgery. After the surgery, he came out and explained everything again. A couple of weeks later we visited his office in Ft.Worth for my son’s follow up appointment. The staff was kind and courteous. Dr.Hey was also kind and courteous, and everything went well with the appointment. I absolutely love that they are a Christian practice. The only thing I didn’t like is that we had quite a long wait. Our appointment time was 11:30, and it was 12:30 before we were seen. I don’t know if it was just an off day since this was our first visit to the office. My son goes back in April, and hopefully our wait won’t be as long. Other than the wait, everything went great and I would definitely recommend Dr.Hey and DFW Urology.”

“I've been going to Dr. Khan for a few years and he's the best Dr. i've ever had. He is very understanding and has been such a big help in my life. I highly recommend his office. They treat me like a human being and his receptionist Amber is the sweetest person in the medical field. “Easy returns! My orthopedic surgeon recommend a Cho-Pat® Patellar Stabilizer™ for my patellar tendonitis. The stabilizer is easy to put on and has worked for me. As with anything with velcro straps, care needs to be taken when putting it on (not too tight) to avoid abrasions. I liked the knee stabilizer so much I asked customer service if they could recommend a knee brace for an obese friend of mine. They suggested trying a Dual Action® Knee Strap as that would allow more flexibility. Unfortunately, it caused abrasions. Medi-Dyne accepted the return and promptly issued a refund (even though it had been worn). This is a great company to deal with. And a great product!”

Erica at the front desk has been very attentive making sure I can make it to all my appointments and that I’m set up properly at the decompression table. Overall the staff is amazing! They really take the time to listen to your concerns and find ways to target the root problem in your back. My condition has improved and has allowed me to go about my workout routines.
