I called Texastechs a week or two before actually using them just to chat with them about pricing/availability. Christian took the time to explain all of my options before we got off of the phone. When I called to actually set up the appointment for my first TV, they were able to come out on the same day. Christian came out and mounted the TV and hid all of the wires in under an hour. He was extremely pleasant, and took a look at the second mounting area to make sure everything would go to plan. “We went in to look at living room furniture last week. We went early to avoid the crowds. It was our luck that the first salesman we encountered was Demetrius Bolden. He was very helpful and let us go about our shopping until we were ready to discuss a specific living room set. I even asked him to demonstrate a product they have that can remove ink marks from solid surfaces. He did not hesitate to accommodate my request. He is a very nice, friendly and patient young gentleman who helped us. We wanted to go home and measure and think about what we wanted to buy. We arranged to meet him at the store the next day. Even though he was not scheduled to get to work until noon the next day he knew we preferred to come early before the crowds and he gave us his business card and asked us to call or text him and he would come in and meet us early.
