  We went in to look at living room furniture last week. We went early to avoid the crowds. It was our luck that the first salesman we encountered was Demetrius Bolden. He was very helpful and let us go about our shopping until we were ready to discuss a specific living room set. I even asked him to demonstrate a product they have that can remove ink marks from solid surfaces. He did not hesitate to accommodate my request. He is a very nice, friendly and patient young gentleman who helped us. We wanted to go home and measure and think about what we wanted to buy. We arranged to meet him at the store the next day. Even though he was not scheduled to get to work until noon the next day he knew we preferred to come early before the crowds and he gave us his business card and asked us to call or text him and he would come in and meet us early. Which he did. I highly recommend Demetrius to anyone going into the North Fort Worth Rooms to Go store.

  My wife and i had a great experience at Rooms To go while looking for living room furniture. Kerry (sales team member) was very professional, polite and informative. We gave him a short list of what we wanted in a reclining sofa, and he quickly provided us with 3 very nice options. Kerry stuck around long enough to break down the features/advantages & disadvantages of each item, then let us have time to comfortably make decisions. (In more ways than one)
  The fantastic mix of customer support, without overbearing sales tactics helped us thoroughly enjoy our time spent at Rooms To Go.

  I went into this store not looking to buy anything that day. I walked in and was greeted by Tyler. He introduced himself and then let us walk around and look in peace. My wife and I found a couch that was comfortable and on sale and wanted more info on it. I was able to get Tyler to come over and give us info on the couch and was honest with us on delivery time and expectations. He took the time to walk us through each step of the purchase and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before leaving. We are excited to get the couch and cannot thank Tyler Acosta enough for helping us, but not pressuring us at all. It was a true breath of fresh air when it comes to furniture stores.
