“Kudos to Leah and Jake! During the freeze, a pipe burst behind the shower wall. Leah arranged for Jake to come out and cap off the water until the replacement parts come it. She kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Jake, the plumber, kept at it until we had a solution and could use water throughout the rest of the house. It wasn’t easy, as he kept finding more leaks and had to tear out more and more of the wall. He was determined to find a solution and did! Thanks to both of you!”

“This is my favorite B&B location. The store is always clean, displays and shelves are neatly stocked and they always have what I need in stock. The staff is always pleasant and helpful plus it's about a mile from my house. Definitely beats having to drive to the mall and dealing with that crowd. I can order online and pick up at the store which is also convenient. I once ordered 12 3-wick candles online and each one of them arrived broken due to poor packaging. I called the store and they said to bring it in and they will do an exchange. Took my box of broken candles in and exchanged them for new ones no problem. The sales person even told me this happens all the time when ordering candles online.”

They restored (cleaned, rewired, fixed parts, put together and installed) a 1929s Murano chandelier that I inherited. The chandelier looks stunning and I am confident that everything is secure and installed properly. Additionally, they moved a fan over that was too close to the chandelier and installed a 3-way light switch which was unrelated to this project. For these last jobs, I had received quotes from another electrician and quatro’s bid was less for both which made me feel even better about the work. I will definitely be reaching out to them again to install custom glass fixtures made by my father-in-law!”

It's a pity that we heard of her so late, and her piano class is in our community. It only takes four minutes to drive. Julie arranges piano performance twice a year, giving my children the opportunity to show their learning results.
