“The 5 stars are for the therapy team. Our PT Miguel was awesome. Very kind, helpful, gave lots of good advice and really worked well with our mom. The same for speech and Mrs. Kine. She explained everything so well and even informed us of some things that we hadn't thought about. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her sessions with my mother. The OT was good too, but I don't remember his name. Most of the nurses were very kind and patient with mom. I'll come back later with names of the ones she thought was 5 star!”

“I visited this ER in severe pain. There was no wait time. Everyone was so helpful. Every nurse, aid and Dr I saw, made certain ensure my visit was as pleasant as possible. This is a stand alone ER. I did have to be transported to another facility for further treatment. But this also moved quickly. All results and images were sent with me. Even as I left, everyone who we passed wished me well. This is an excellent stand alone facility. The doctors are thorough, the nurses were knowledgeable and all tests were done efficiently. I would highly recommend”

“Went in for arthroscopic knee surgery and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurses and staff were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Check-in and intake was fast and efficient both for the pre-op appt as well as the surgery itself. My wife was well taken care of waiting for me with regular updates a comfortable waiting room with plenty of snacks, drinks and a cafeteria. The patient advocate checked in with her regularly and kept her up to date. This was my first surgical experience but not the first time at a hospital and I can honestly say, I don't know what more I could have asked for. Thank you for the wonderful care.”

“Texas Rehabilitation Hospital in Keller exceeded my expectations in every area! The physical and occupational therapy was rigorous and exactly what I needed for my recovery. The therapists are top notch! The nursing and patient care techs are second to none… highly professional and caring at all times. The doctors are very involved in your rehab and are on hand to answer any questions, every day! I have no doubt this facility and all those associated with it have greatly increased my overall recovery! I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough!”

“This place was a Godsend. My wife was suicidal and severely depressed. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors were amazing. They updated me often on my wife’s status. They talked to me so that I had a great understanding of what was going on. I spoke to my wife daily and often and could hear her demeanor changing for the better. I asked my wife about her experience and she said they were wonderful caring people. Her only complaint was that the meals weren’t restaurant quality. But even that was said in jest because I’m an Executive Chef of a French restaurant. I highly recommend this facility to all people experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety and panic. Thank you to all of the staff at Mesa Springs. All of you are wonderful people and you are doing a great job.”

“I’ve had to come to the ER twice over the past year. The first time I came here, it was by chance as the ambulance transporting me dropped me here. The second time, I didn’t need an ambulance and chose to come here based off the last time. Everyone is so incredibly nice and accommodating. Every single person I have interacted with in both visits has been super attentive to my needs, and treated me like they truly cared and everyone I interacted with on both occasions left me with the impression that they work at this hospital because they want to help people and help people get better. I will continue to come here for any emergency situations (of course, trying to avoid those at all costs lol) and recommend to anyone if you have the choice in selecting an emergency care provider, you choose this one.”
