“This is a cute little neighborhood park. Shaded and inviting, in a quiet and low-traffic street. The trees are big enough to provide quite a bit of shade at noon, and the grass was nice and mowed. No trash, either. The playground equipment was fun, two different structures for kids of varying ages/sizes. It also has water fountains, basketball court, and a nice big grassy area that would be good for fetch or frisbee. Very nice, we'll be back!”

“This is my happy place and it has been since I was a child. There is no better feeling than being at Deep Eddy in the hot Texas summer and spending the day swimming in the cold spring water and then warming up in the grass by the pool. Movie nights are my favorite and I’ll probably keep going even when my kids are grown as long as they still have them. I really hope it opens back up soon. I’ll be first in line to get in! I LOVE YOU DEEP EDDY!!”

Or, an ocaisional bench to sit and enjoy the day!”

“It's ok. It's clean sort of, but the area was right in front of a mobile home park with running stray dogs and sketchy people. I didn't particularly love the vibe. There was a couple places you could explore. But I won't go there again. I wouldn't say it was horrible but not the best. Honestly”

The event was nice, the food and music was good, and the backpacks was the best ever!! It was just a delight to have someone like Quanie Cash come back to his old Neighborhood and give back to children in need! What an awesome blessing at a peaceful event in a beautiful park like Frederick Douglass in the East Nashville area! ????”
