“We sold our home and bought another home with Matthew Brown. Matthew worked both ends as we were having a home built and he was coordinating with the builder of our new home and negotiating a lease back with the buyer of our former home. Not an easy task but Matthew pulled it off with us not paying rent for the extra month we needed! He also did an excellent job preparing appraisal details for our former home to be appraised at the selling price so there would be no hold ups. Again he did a fabulous job! We believe God brought Matthew into our lives as we are seniors and needed someone who really cared about us and our needs. Matthew always made time to listen to us. We really felt like we were his only clients even though he had dozens! We had many challenges with the new home and Matthew was involved in getting us what was important to us in our new home. He was the primary reason we bought the house. If we were to explain all the times Matthew intervened on our behalf, this review would be exhausting, but suffice it to say, Matthew will always hold a special place in our hearts. “I’m not sure why there are negative reviews coming in since Ashlee has been here because she has been working so hard to make things better and folks need to remember that she came into a total mess and it will take a bit of time to straighten it all out. Yes the landscaping needs work, we were told our bushes around our air conditioners would be replaced when they took them out during the freeze last winter and it still hasn’t been done. Also there is a stump that needs to be ground up and another tree that needs to come down because literally half the tree is gone already and it looks stupid but we have to give her time to take care of it!!!!!! She hasn’t been here that long and look at how much she has done already!!!! What other manager that we have had drives the complex every morning when she gets here? In our 4 years here it has only been her! So maybe we as residents can ease up a bit and understand that she is not to blame for what has taken place prior to her arrival and give her a chance to get caught up on everything.
