“This small bar and grill in south Tempe was pretty good. Limited table seating and has a group high top table in the middle. There is a small patio area area on the road side. There is a bar on the other side of the building with a separate entrance and they share the kitchen. The food offerings are a mix of sushi, Korean, and regular Japanese fare. Very tasty with a lot of flavor. Seaweed salad was a little squishy. Tempura is served in the fry basket with dipping sauce. Service was very good. The only ding I’d give it is that it’s very loud. Part of that is design and part was the collection of drunk college girls on the high top that kept falling off their stools. I’m guessing they should have been cut off the booze.”

“We eat here all the time and it’s usually really good but tonight was exceptionally delicious! Note the medium well eggs with perfect, still firm but gooey delicious center. I was actually feeling adventurous and tried the brand new raspberry cannoli, which was not very good in my opinion, but they gladly replaced them with some delicious cupcake pancakes which were THE BOMB???? and my new favorite pancakes! Heather was an exceptional server! I recommend her to anyone that likes a forward thinking server; she brought us what we needed before we had the chance to ask for it!”

The French fries were crispy and hot. The Crackaroni was AMAZING, we got a bowl to share...could have made that my meal. The bowl in the picture barely lasted long enough to take the picture.
