“I've been with Top Turf for a couple of years now. I like that every time I call the office, I speak to the same people. It's not like my experiences with larger-name companies with call centers full of rude, barely-trained reps. As for the product, I've actually seen a decrease in the number of pests in the house compared to bigger companies I've used. Maybe they do a better job coating the perimeter? I also appreciate that Austin, the last tech to come to my house, rang the doorbell before spraying to ask if I had any issues. They are usually good about doing that.”

“I had my whole life in storage here for several months. My only issue was the mouse that got into from the next unit over when it got cold. Due to that I recommend sealing EVERYTHING. Just to be safe. I had to move in a hurry so I had two boxes that weren't able to close, one of those had a few mouse droppings in it, but no damage or pee so it's fine. They are NOT temp controlled, but do well in a pinch. Never had issues getting past the gate and the staff always helped me via phone when I would forget my account login. I would say if you are storing things that aren't electrical, this will work wonders.”

“My dog started showing signs of conjunctivitis in his eyes on a Saturday night, so I called Creekside around midnight on a Sunday and the employee who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She sent me the new patient form in a text message, so I filled it out, and then she told me which times would be best that Sunday (though they did not take appointments as it is walk in only). They also let me know that the fee for my dog to be seen would be around $60 (which is quite reasonable for not having an appointment!) I brought my dog early that Sunday morning and they had great curbside service. They took my dog in after less than 5 minutes of waiting in the car, and they said it might be an hour before he's ready to be picked up, but in reality it was only about half an hour. Dr. Fisher let me know he would need some eye ointment and they tested for scratches on his eye and they fortunately didn't see any. I was out in less than an hour and the bill was around $150 which was less than expected. The employee that brought my dog out gave me very detailed instructions for how to apply his eye ointment and I appreciate their attention to detail. My dog's eyes are already clearing up just a few days later and I'm grateful for the professional service for such a reasonable price! Here's a picture of my happy boy 🙂”

The staff will assist you in getting up on your feet again, and therapists will work with you to regain control over your life, and even help you get a job/apply to school if necessary. The day of my tattoo my headphones weren’t working so we ended up just casually chatting throughout the tattoo. I got a little twitchy towards the end and he remained totally cool and supportive. He did a portrait of my dog that passed and I cried when I saw it for the first time. It was an amazing tattoo experience!”
