“This particular review is on Customer Service: We bought a Mahindra 2638 tractor about three weeks ago; with trailer. They were out of trailers so we had to wait. It is now Thursday before we leave for family farm 3 hours away early Saturday morning. I happened to be off for the day and decided to go and check on our order. I was greeted by a gentleman walking in; very friendly. I was warmly welcomed by the office. Once they found out why I was there another gentleman and the first man both came to the lobby. I explained our situation of leaving town, and with some checking they said they would Make Ready the tractor and trailer for Friday afternoon or even meet us on Saturday morning 🌄 on the way outof town.Thank you Brian or making this happen. I will review again once the order is complete. We are going to do some social media about our farm experience this is the start. Customer Service is Everything to a business.”

“Great spot for quick Italian-style pizza in a relaxed environment. The inside feels nice and open, even with the large marble counter running through the middle, showcasing many of their delicacies. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The meatball small plate was a good starter, with some balsamic-drizzled toast to make sure you could savor all of the sauce. The Hawaiian pizza was a nice surprise, with delicious Cotta, sweet pineapple, and red onions, making it stand out from similar options and the chain pizzerias. I can't wait to come back and try a few more.”

I will soon be giving them a challenge since my 15 year old titanium frames were destroyed be a stupid old man in a power chair.(me) now I have some busted bits of glass and a bunch of pretty wires. Soon as I can get my diabetic eye exam I am going to go frighten them with a handful of junk lol I do not really expect them to repair but is no big deal. But no matter what happens they are still the best "Service people" I ha e ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If I don't die before I get to go back to them I will update this with further tales of my Idiotic actions and what great people work at Shell Optical. Tom Lee”

“Pasquale went above and beyond with his service and care of my vehicle. The level of detail on the lining was expert. He also drilled this two extra holes for our water drain tubes and replaced the one tube that was missing. He inspected, removed, reinstalled, cleaned and fixed our cover system for a very generous price. It is now working better than when it was brought in. I highly recommend this business as they are true professionals and honest men.”
