They will replace the mattress if it does not work out after a trail period and request that it is donated to charity if it does not work out....and will send another suitable mattress. He has kindly sent me all of the info to my email to review with my hubs when he gets home. It's nice to feel like we can do something good for our son who lives so far away from us now.”
