“This Jiffy Lube is great - I actually came in twice today (once for my car, once for my girlfriend's), and the staff was fast, they know what they're doing, and they don't overcharge for service. It took them 8 minutes to change the oil - very impressive! Highly recommend it. (Also, I overheard them talking about closing early on election day so that the staff that wasn't able to early vote could go out and vote - I respect the hell out of that.)”

“I placed on order for two meals in their app and check into the store at 9:44am. We waited until 10:07 for them to bring our food out. They weren’t super busy either. They forgot our sauces and as we were driving away I noticed they did not include the onion rings I ordered. We went back to to the same stall click the button. Waited at least 5 minutes and they unclicked the button on their end. I was so mad. They wasted my time. I called their customer service line and got a free fry or tots. Definitely not worth my time. I normally only order drinks which I never have issues but I guess food just isn’t their strong suit. Edit: I gave a pretty harsh review the other day. My experience was bad but I have had plenty other great experiences with getting drinks. The manager at the store called me to offer me a free meal and I ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken and it was really good. That day must have not been a good one. But I really appreciated the store calling me to make this right.”
