They were very helpful from the very beginning, answering all of our questions and providing options for care to help our pups get a healthy start. When I brought in the pups I couldn’t handle them both at the same time so the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. They even got cute bandanas after their vaccines! “Great little pharmacy. My endocrinologist referred my wife here for a compound medicine. Positive experience all the way around. The staff is exceptional, the refill of prescriptions is done in a timely manner, and the pick up process has always been quick for us. “Burleson Equine Hospital is great. We've used them for everything from Coggins and health papers to emergency colic visits. Our most recent visit was an emergency Sunday colic visit and the vet on call and vet tech met me there in less than 30 minutes. They had the horse diagnosed, they explained the problem with pictures and explained the treatment process. The gave me an estimate and started treatment immediately. They came in at the low end on the estimate and the horse is doing great. I have total confidence in this team.”

However they did call a hospital and let them know we were heading their way. They did everything possible prior to sending us to the other hospital.”

“My dog started showing signs of conjunctivitis in his eyes on a Saturday night, so I called Creekside around midnight on a Sunday and the employee who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She sent me the new patient form in a text message, so I filled it out, and then she told me which times would be best that Sunday (though they did not take appointments as it is walk in only). They also let me know that the fee for my dog to be seen would be around $60 (which is quite reasonable for not having an appointment!) I brought my dog early that Sunday morning and they had great curbside service. They took my dog in after less than 5 minutes of waiting in the car, and they said it might be an hour before he's ready to be picked up, but in reality it was only about half an hour. Dr. Fisher let me know he would need some eye ointment and they tested for scratches on his eye and they fortunately didn't see any. I was out in less than an hour and the bill was around $150 which was less than expected. The employee that brought my dog out gave me very detailed instructions for how to apply his eye ointment and I appreciate their attention to detail. My dog's eyes are already clearing up just a few days later and I'm grateful for the professional service for such a reasonable price! Here's a picture of my happy boy 🙂”
