The city had ruined several things in our house when they replaced our water meter and shot debris through our plumbing. One thing we were unable to repair was our outdoor spicket. The guys that came were very professional and helpful. They got the repair done in minutes for a very reasonable price and even asked if we wanted to record it to show the city the damage they caused. We are very happy with the work they did and how helpful they were with out situation. Anytime we have plumbing issues in the future, we will be calling them again. “So far so good for an older complex! It needs a few improvements, which I was told were coming soon. The grounds look very nice and Maintenance has been prompt. The neighbors are friendly. I just moved here and it's much more affordable than my last apartment, with about 200 more sq ft. I'm in a townhouse and it's spacious for what I need until the housing market improves. My only complaint so far is that the office doesn't keep longer hours, which can be inconvenient and the lighting in the parking lot can be a little brighter.”
