“I must spread the good news every where!!! I didn't know the name of this company was called Golden Rule... and after my 1st conversation with Bryce, I see why. A leaky roof caused damage to the the inside of my mom's bedroom. This caused repair to be needed to the drywall, and carpet. After assessing the damage, Bryce let us know that the work would be completed within a matter of days. My mother is in her 70s, a paraplegic, and is also deaf--and she lives alone (for the most part). Since she spends all her time in either the bed or wheelchair this type of work required some major adjustments, and accommodations! The biggest challenge was the disassembly & re-assembly of her pressurized air mattress bed -- into another location while her room was being repaired -- then back into the room when work was complete. Bryce offered to take a look, and see if it was something he could do. Low and behold, IT WAS--so, HE DID IT! This was an immense deal because tending to my mom, from afar, my biggest concern was how this task would get handled. Bryce swooped in like an angel from heaven, and took care of this matter--which wasn't part of his job!! It is NOT in the description of a contractor and roofer to get involved to this magnitude with a client's affairs. These issues are the responsibility of the client to resolve before work begins. However, Bryce truly walked out the Golden Rule, {do unto others, as you would want done to you}. He treated my mom, as if it was his own mother, in that he saw to ensure that work was done swiftly, efficiently, accurately, and he did it with grace, a smile, and you could definitely feel the love he had to get the job done for my mom! And the clean up afterwards, was spot on!!! My mom did not have 1 single whisper of a complaint during this entire process, and the work at the end was fantastic. In addition to all this -- because my mother uses a lift to be supported in & out of the bed, etc -- it was important to have ease of movement using the lift in her room. After approval from the homeowner was received, we were able to get laminate flooring just like in other areas of the house!!! Bryce scoured the city for the perfect laminate to match the other areas of the house, which took another 2 days, but we definitely did not mind. All in all for all the work done, this project was completed within 5 days!!! I am ETERNALLY grateful! And I will recommend Golden Rule General Contracting & Roofing to any and every person who needs any type of work of this nature done!!!! This was the PERFECT job, assigned to the PERFECT contractor--Bryce--at the PERFECT time!!! It was truly a DIVINE appointment! Captions... **The 1st four pics are the damage b4 any work was done -- although it's not zoomed in, you can see the carpet on the floor. ***The 5th & 6th pics are the laminate flooring in the living room -- that we were trying to match. ****The last 4 pics are the finished work in the bedroom.”

She is very easy to schedule with and is always willing to accommodate my weird schedule. Her lash extensions last 3-4 weeks and still look great. I get compliments all the time. He is the kindest, most compassionate health care provider I have EVER had the pleasure to be a patient of! The facility is clean, perfectly laid out and full of positive energy. Ladis is so darn helpful and you can tell he really truly cares for every one of his patients. He makes me feel relieved and helped. He remembers details about about you and asks you about it. He checks in on things you’ve told him in past appointments regarding your health. What other health care providers do you know that are so involved in making sure you’re OK and helped?! He just makes the experience of PT quite a fantastic one!! It’s such a nice feeling to be welcomed back, with everyone remembering my name and greeting me pleasantly. This place has up to date equipment and methods. But the most important quality this place has is exceptional care from all staff members. You can tell they WANT to be there, that they WANT to help you! I can’t wait to come back each week and I’m so so thankful my insurance takes them, I can not imagine going somewhere else. “He delivered my son 13 years ago now. During my pregnancy he missed a protein deficiency in my blood I kept trying to inform him about it every time I went for a visit - he only listened when my mother flew in for the birth and told him then.. within minutes I was being tested and given blood thinning injections for 3 months!! I should have been on them my entire pregnancy and since the condition can cause miscarriage my child was a bit of a miracle baby! (I believe it was a genuine miscommunication - I am British and it’s likely called something different there vs in the USA) Other than that Dr Storts was very kind and professional helping me with various issues during the pregnancy. Queue wasn’t always great but if he’s needed at the hospital they can’t do much about that! SO many ultrasounds as I measured small but was carrying larger than average - fine by me! Sometimes a little condescending and he kind of swaggered in at the last second during delivery - the nurses did all the work! He didn’t respect my wishes to not have an episiotomy but the birth was successful, I had a healthy baby at the end and the recovery wasn’t too bad. The aftercare was fantastic too! So while mixed feelings, I don’t feel let down or upset by how it all happened.”
