Both Tiffany and Thea were amazing, I’ve never seen a medical team work so seamlessly. After being examined Thea processed prescriptions for me right then, RIGHT THERE. “So I heard of this establishment through word of mouth over a year ago and they did all of the major work I've been putting off from when I started seeing them until now over a year later. This is the most compassionate and trustworthy dental clinic I thought I'd ever find. Every single one of the staff handle even the most stressed out clients (like myself) and don't make you feel patronized or uncomfortable at all during any process of the visit. On top of payment plans and general financial knowledge given well ahead of time it makes me want to never see another clinic. I feel like they go above and beyond and they all seem to have good communication with each other which obviously gives the best feedback to a patient like myself. “I had the pleasure of meeting Bob the other day. I needed a 12v starter for a 1951 M38. He got me one the same day and for an amazing price! He knows his stuff about Jeeps and can get you anything you need for 87 and older Jeeps. I sent him a few pictures trying to verify what kind of Jeep I had. “This is Tony! I want to shout out to this guy for service beyond reproach! I’m a regular visitor to this location. Last week I was in with my granddaughter. She had her favorite stuffed animal toy with her. As we got back into the car she must have dropped it on the ground. Tony had come outside and noticed it. I think the average employee wouldn’t have thought twice about it. However, Tony realized the toy belonged to my granddaughter. He picked it up, cleaned it up and put into a plastic bag and sealed with tape. Today when I got gas I went into the store to get a breakfast sandwich. Tony recognized me and said, “ Are you the guy that comes in with the little girl?” I said yes. He said “Hold on I got something for you.” Tony then hands me my granddaughter’s toy. Sometimes it’s hard to find excellent customer service, but today I found it. It really made my day that someone took such an effort for something so small but meaningful to me. Thanks you Tony!!!”
