“The new manager Jason is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Went in today about 12 PM for help with my transmission (warranty) and got a call back by 3:00 PM by him letting me know that he had located the problem and fixed it correctly!! Have to admit I didn’t have the best of attitude going in due to previous management, but Jason is a very genuine and straight up guy! He was completely sympathetic and understanding towards me about the entire situation and why I was so upset. “I had a great experience with Ft Worth Doors and Closets. Following a shelving/rod collapse, they helped with a quick remodel for my master bedroom closet. I heard from someone within a day of putting in a request and I had Erick out the next day taking measurements. He used up to date technology to properly measure the closet and gave me a variety of new design concepts within 20 minutes. “Went in for arthroscopic knee surgery and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurses and staff were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Check-in and intake was fast and efficient both for the pre-op appt as well as the surgery itself. My wife was well taken care of waiting for me with regular updates a comfortable waiting room with plenty of snacks, drinks and a cafeteria. The patient advocate checked in with her regularly and kept her up to date. This was my first surgical experience but not the first time at a hospital and I can honestly say, I don't know what more I could have asked for. Thank you for the wonderful care.”
