“I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! Thank you again!”

“Great choice for the price. All you can eat sushi for a very reasonable price. Not a buffet. I’ve spent more on grocery store sushi and not gotten enough to feel satisfied. The menu is great too. It includes everything from appetizers to basic rolls and specialty options too. The fried rice was surprisingly exceptional too. We tried the namesake soho roll and it wasn’t the favorite of the table but still good. Great option for feeding sushi loving teenagers like for family dinner out. We’ll be back. Better than Kroger or any buffet sushi.”

“I just started my HOTWORX journey, and in the handful of times I have been so far, I love it. I have always been a weight lifter but was looking for a change in scenery. I also work a desk job and struggle with sore muscles and tightness in my hips. The recovery aspect of these classes is amazing. I love the Yoga, Barre none, cycling, everything I have tried has been amazing. Now let’s talk about the STAFF. The girl who signed me up was mostly why I joined. She was so informative and friendly. This was a whole new world to me and I was somewhat nervous finding my way around. The other staff members I have met have been so cheerful and kind. Angelique especially is extremely helpful and kind. This is my only HOTWORX experience, but I love this location so much! I see myself staying a while.”

“Overall my massage was good. My body really needed that. Clean, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The only issue I had was there was only one person there, so the same person had to stop to answer the phone and every time someone walked in the door. But that wasn’t her fault, so I didn’t mind too much.”
